Split system cleaning in Sawtell
Sawtell is a small, laid-back seaside village, and the same ocean breeze that makes it such a lovely place to live carries salt and moisture straight into your split system. Maxi Refresh AC cleans and sanitises air conditioners for homes and small businesses across Sawtell and the surrounding Mid North Coast.
We strip down, clean and sanitise the parts that affect your air and running costs — filters, coil, fan barrel and drain tray — then document it. A regular clean can help your unit run more efficiently and keep the air in your home or business cleaner.
A yearly clean is one of the simplest ways to look after a split system in Sawtell. It can help your split system cope with the salt air and humidity that come with living this close to the water, and it's one of the simplest ways to look after both the unit and the air you breathe every day.
Why a clean matters by the coast
In a village this close to the beach, salt air and coastal humidity are part of everyday life — and they're part of everyday life for your air conditioner too. Moisture from the sea settles inside the indoor unit, and that damp, salty environment is exactly where mould likes to take hold. Over time the build-up can narrow the airflow and leave a stale smell when the system switches on.
A deep clean clears the salt, dust and mould from the coil, filters and drain tray so the unit can move air freely again. It can help your system reach your set temperature with less effort, and it may help reduce the dust and mould being blown back into the room.
Our schedule changes week to week. Book online and we'll confirm a time that suits you.
