Specialist split system cleaning and sanitising for homes and small businesses in Coffs Harbour and the surrounding Mid North Coast.
Split system cleaning in Coffs Harbour
Coffs Harbour sits right on the coast, and that warm, salty air finds its way into every split system in town. Maxi Refresh AC cleans and sanitises air conditioners for homes and small businesses across Coffs Harbour and the surrounding beaches and suburbs.
A regular deep clean can help your unit run more efficiently and keep the air in your home or business cleaner. We strip down, clean and sanitise the parts that affect your air and running costs — filters, coil, fan barrel and drain tray — then document it.
Why a clean matters by the coast
Living on the coast means your air conditioner works hard against humidity, salt air and the mould that loves both. Salt spray drifts in through open windows and doors and settles on the indoor coil and louvres, while the moisture in the air gives mould a place to grow inside the unit. Over a season, that build-up can quietly choke the airflow and leave a musty smell when the system runs.
A hygienic clean clears the dust, salt and mould from the parts you can't see, so the unit can breathe freely again. It can help your system cool the room with less effort, and it may help reduce what's being blown around the room — which can be a relief for anyone with allergies or asthma.
Our schedule changes week to week. Book online and we'll confirm a time that suits you.
