Split system cleaning in Woolgoolga
Woolgoolga is a breezy seaside town where the ocean air is part of everyday life — and part of everyday life for your air conditioner too. The same salt-laden breeze that drifts indoors settles inside your split system, along with the moisture that comes with living on the coast. Maxi Refresh AC cleans and sanitises air conditioners for homes and small businesses across Woolgoolga and the surrounding Mid North Coast.
We strip down, clean and sanitise the parts that affect your air and running costs — the filters, indoor coil, fan barrel and drain tray — then document the difference. A regular deep clean can help your unit run more efficiently and keep the air in your home or workplace cleaner, and it may help your system cope on the humid afternoons that roll in off the sea.
A yearly clean is one of the simplest ways to look after a split system in Woolgoolga. It can help keep the salt and mould under control before they affect the airflow, and our schedule changes week to week, so book online and we'll confirm a time that suits you.
Why a clean matters by the coast
Woolgoolga's oceanfront position means your air conditioner pulls in salt and moisture every time it runs. Salt spray drifts through open doors and windows and settles on the indoor coil and louvres, while the humid coastal air creates the warm, damp conditions mould loves. Over a season that build-up can choke the airflow and leave a stale, musty smell whenever the system switches on.
A thorough clean clears the salt, dust and mould from the coil, filters and drain tray so the unit can move air freely again. It can help your system reach your set temperature without working as hard, and it may help reduce what's being blown back into the room — which can be a relief for anyone who feels it when the coastal air gets heavy.
Our schedule changes week to week. Book online and we'll confirm a time that suits you.
