Split system cleaning in Nambucca Heads
Nambucca Heads is a coastal town where the river meets the sea, and the warm, humid air that comes with it finds its way into every split system in town. Maxi Refresh AC cleans and sanitises air conditioners for homes and small businesses across Nambucca Heads and the surrounding Mid North Coast.
We strip down, clean and sanitise the parts that affect your air and running costs — the filters, indoor coil, fan barrel and drain tray — then document the difference. A regular deep clean can help your unit run more efficiently and keep the air in your home or business cleaner, and it may help your system hold up against the humidity that settles in over summer.
Because Nambucca Heads sits right on the coast, the salt air and the moisture that comes with it can build up inside a split system faster than you might think. A yearly clean is a simple, affordable way to stay ahead of it — and our schedule changes week to week, so book online and we'll confirm a time that works for you.
Why a clean matters by the coast
Nambucca Heads' position on the coast means your air conditioner draws in salt spray and damp air whenever it runs. The salt settles on the indoor coil and louvres, and the humidity creates the warm, damp environment mould loves. Over a season the build-up can narrow the airflow and leave a musty smell when the system switches on.
A deep clean clears the salt, dust and mould from the coil, filters and drain tray so the unit can move air freely again. It can help your system cool the room with less effort, and it may help reduce the dust and mould spores being pushed back into the room — a real difference for anyone who struggles when the air in the house feels heavy and damp.
Our schedule changes week to week. Book online and we'll confirm a time that suits you.
