Split system cleaning in Coramba
Coramba is a quiet, leafy village tucked into the hills behind the coast, where the air feels cleaner but the bush surrounds come with their own challenges for a split system. Dust, pollen and the dry, gritty air that comes with living among the trees settle inside an indoor unit over time. Maxi Refresh AC cleans and sanitises air conditioners for homes and small businesses across Coramba and the surrounding Mid North Coast.
We strip down, clean and sanitise the parts that affect your air and running costs — the filters, indoor coil, fan barrel and drain tray — then document the difference. A regular deep clean can help your unit run more efficiently and keep the air in your home or workplace cleaner, even when the bush is doing its best to fill it with dust and pollen.
Being inland doesn't mean your air conditioner has an easier time. The dust and pollen from the bushland can clog a filter and coat the coil just as surely as salt does on the coast. A 12-monthly clean can help your split system keep up on the hot, dry afternoons — and our schedule changes week to week, so book online and we'll confirm a time.
Why a clean matters in the hinterland
Coramba's bush setting means your air conditioner is constantly filtering out dust, pollen and the fine grit that drifts in from the surrounding trees. When that settles on the indoor coil and louvres, the airflow drops and the unit has to work harder to cool the same space. Add in the damp nights and morning dew, and the drain tray can become a spot where mould takes hold too.
A hygienic clean clears the dust, pollen and mould from the parts you can't easily see, so the unit can breathe freely again. It can help your system reach your set temperature with less effort, and it may help cut down what's being blown back into the room — a real help through the spring, when the pollen is thick.
Our schedule changes week to week. Book online and we'll confirm a time that suits you.
